We offer free shipping in the Continental US via USPS first class mail. Orders placed by 12pm PST will usually ship the same business day. You can expect to receive your order in 3-7 business days.

If during the first year of operation any BACtrack unit ceases to function properly, we will repair or replace the defective product at no charge. To obtain warranty service, please contact customer support at 877-334-6876 or support@breathalyzer.net.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your BACtrack, we'll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full purchase price paid, whichever you prefer, within 30 days from the original shipping date.
